WACKYSAURS is a series of art toys where I reimagine dinosaurs through a playful, absurd, and deliberately clumsy lens. Instead of aiming for anatomical accuracy, I focus on gesture, texture, and spontaneity—allowing each piece to take on a life of its own. These creatures come to life with chunky bodies, awkwardly long legs, stretched necks, and shiny, globular forms that seem to wobble between cartoon and sculpture.
WACKYSAURS
I use metallic and plastic-like finishes to give them a raw, handcrafted feel, somewhere between found objects and childhood toys. The bright colors and exaggerated proportions are my way of embracing the weird and the joyful—of turning the prehistoric into something wonderfully odd, lighthearted, and full of personality. For me, WACKYSAURS is not just about dinosaurs; it’s about letting go of rules and making room for imagination, humor, and the beauty of imperfection.
