I wanted each work to show a different side of my skill set, and this model focused on craftsmanship, atmosphere, and material sensitivity. It was one of the key projects that helped me get accepted.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">I built the structure using various types of wood to achieve contrast in texture and tone, painting and finishing each surface to evoke the feeling of aged architecture. To simulate water around the pier, I used layers of epoxy resin, carefully tinted and poured.
